What you pay for

The price of an order on BookMyDarzi is made up of the following components, all shown in your cart and on the payment screen before you confirm:

• Stitching / service charge — set by the boutique or tailor for the selected garment and customisation. This is the largest part of your bill.
• Measurement visit — a small charge applied only when a tailoring partner visits to take fresh measurements. Reorders that reuse your saved measurements skip this.
• Delivery charge — a flat pickup-and-delivery fee. Orders above the free-delivery threshold shown in the app pay ₹0 delivery.
• Platform fee — a small fee that supports secure payments, partner coordination and customer support. For very small reorders a minimum platform fee may apply; it is always displayed before payment.
• Taxes — GST and any other applicable taxes are shown as a separate line where applicable.

Example

For a blouse-stitching order you might see: stitching ₹690 + delivery ₹30 = ₹720 total payable. The exact breakdown always appears on the payment screen.

How you pay

Payments are collected securely online through our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners (Razorpay and Cashfree) — UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets are supported. Cash on Delivery may be offered in select areas. Your money is held safely and released to the boutique only after your order is delivered and you confirm receipt.

Changes to pricing

Charges may vary by city, boutique and garment, and may be updated from time to time. The price shown in the app at the moment of checkout is the price that applies to your order. For any billing question, contact support@bookmydarzi.in.
