Information we collect

• Account & contact: name, mobile number, email, and delivery addresses.
• Order & measurement data: garments, customisations and body measurements you save, so you can reorder without re-measuring.
• Location: approximate/precise location (with permission) to show nearby boutiques and route pickups/deliveries.
• Payment data: processed by our payment partners; we receive confirmation and limited transaction metadata, not your full card number.
• Device & usage: app/device information and diagnostics to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use it

• To provide the service — take measurements, stitch, deliver, and support your orders.
• To process payments securely and protect against fraud.
• To send transactional notifications (order updates, OTPs) via SMS and push.
• To improve the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share only what is needed to fulfil your order: relevant details with the assigned boutique and delivery partner, and payment information with our payment providers (Razorpay, Cashfree). We do not sell your personal data.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Sensitive values such as delivery OTPs and bank details are encrypted at rest, and login OTPs are stored only as one-way hashes.

Data retention & your rights

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data — including in-app account deletion — or email support@bookmydarzi.in.

Children

The Platform is not directed to children under 18; we do not knowingly collect their data.
