Service area

BookMyDarzi currently operates in selected neighbourhoods and cities in India. Serviceability is shown in the app based on your delivery address; we are expanding to new areas continuously.

How pickup & delivery works

• Measurement / pickup: a verified tailoring partner visits your address to take measurements and/or collect your fabric.
• Stitching: your chosen boutique stitches the garment to your confirmed measurements.
• Delivery: once ready, a delivery partner brings the finished garment to your doorstep. You confirm receipt by sharing the delivery OTP shown in your app.

Timelines

Estimated turnaround depends on the garment and boutique and is shown at checkout (typically a few days). Timelines may vary with order volume, fabric readiness, festivals and local conditions. You can track your order status live in the app.

Delivery charges

A flat pickup-and-delivery fee applies and is shown before payment. Orders above the free-delivery threshold displayed in the app qualify for free delivery. See our Pricing page for details.

Missed handovers

If a pickup or delivery cannot be completed because no one is available at the address, our partner will attempt to reach you to reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may delay your order. For help, contact support@bookmydarzi.in.
