These terms govern your use of the BookMyDarzi apps and services, operated by Shiveksha Labs Private Limited.

1. About us

BookMyDarzi ("the Platform") is owned and operated by Shiveksha Labs Private Limited (CIN U62011KA2026PTC224173), a company incorporated in India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

2. What we do

BookMyDarziis a technology platform that connects customers with tailoring boutiques and independent tailoring/delivery partners for doorstep measurement, custom stitching, and pickup & delivery. We facilitate discovery, ordering, secure payment and coordination between these parties.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
  • You must be capable of entering a legally binding contract to place orders.
  • Login is verified via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number.

4. Orders & custom work

  • Garments are custom-made to the measurements and specifications you confirm.
  • Prices, delivery charges, fees and taxes are shown before you pay; confirming an order creates a binding order at that price.
  • Custom items generally cannot be cancelled once stitching has started — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (Razorpay, Cashfree). We do not store your full card details. Funds are held and released to boutiques/partners only after you confirm delivery. See Pricing and Refunds.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the Platform, attempt to defraud partners, or post unlawful content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass the Platform to transact off-app for orders discovered here.

7. Partner responsibilities

Boutiques and partners are independent service providers responsible for the quality and timeliness of the work they accept. We verify partners and mediate disputes but are not the manufacturer of the garments.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms and may suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction.
